Alliance+ is the result of the simultaneous acquisition of Kølving & Thaning and Alliance Clean & Care - two cleaning service companies operating in Denmark. The company’s service concept is primarily focused on activities within traditional cleaning combined with an attractive niche service offering.
The company holds a significant market position and has a strong reputation among customers and thus represents an attractive platform for further growth.
Most of Alliance+’s activities are on Zealand, which on the one side constitutes a strong base and on the other side offers a basis for expansion in the other parts of Denmark (Jutland and Funen).
Alliance+ is the first Polaris III investment.
