Alignment Systems is the global market leader in collision repair solutions for passenger cars and commercial vehicles through the brands Car-O-Liner and Josam. Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, the company started its operations in 1935 and is today present in more than 70 countries. In 2011, the company's sales exceeded SEK 500 million.

Polaris Private Equity has concluded an agreement with FSN Capital to acquire the company. The business plan includes continued expansion in China and emerging markets.
