Polaris Private Equity owned ALLIANCE+, expands its activities significantly and establishes a strong position on the Scandinavian cleaning services market through the acquisition of Sweden’s largest privately held cleaning services company, Miljöteamet.

With the acquisition of Swedish Miljöteamet AB, Alliance+ creates one of Scandinavia's leading cleaning services companies with activities in both Sweden and Denmark.

Miljöteamet was established in 1991 and is today Sweden’s 5th largest cleaning services company. The company is headquartered in Örebro and employs approx. 1,700 people who primarily provide cleaning solutions for private customers.
