Polaris Private Equity acquires a majority stake in DMP Mølleservice, Denmark’s leading independent service provider in the market for wind turbine service, gear reconditioning and sales of spare parts. DMP has experienced strong growth during the last five years, and in 2011, the company reached revenue of DKK 117 million.
