As of the 1st of September 2012 , Thomas Blomberg will take up a position as Group CEO of Scandinavian Track Group (STG) AB. Tomas Sjöblom - who has held the position since co-founding STG - has driven the search for a new Group CEO himself in order to be able to dedicate his resources to the marketing side of STG's business. He will continue to play a central role as head of marketing and remain part of the company's board and management team.

Thomas Blomberg, who is a trained road and railway engineer, currently holds a position as CEO of DalaFrakt och Logistik AB, which is one of the leading transport and logistics companies in Dalarna, Sweden. Earlier in his career, Thomas has worked as head of production at Borlänge Energi being responsible for its infrastructure.
