Over the last two years, the Board of Director's efforts to achieve a company turnaround have successfully attracted the interest of prospective industrial buyers. A sale has now been completed as Stibo A/S has acquired Color Print's Danish activities in Vadum and Scanprint in Århus. The sales process has thus been completed and except for a few employees in overlapping positions all Danish employees continue under the new owner.
