Polaris Private Equity has taken a majority shareholding interest in A-TEX, a leading player in the global market for brand identity products for the fashion industry. Bent Fogh Povlsen, the founder of A-TEX back in 1991, has sold his ownership interest in the company to Polaris, while the current management will retain a sizeable interest in A-TEX.
